1. How does the PayPal payment method work?

First and foremost, you will need a verified PayPal account. To do this, go to the PayPal website. When you pay for any of our services, you will need to verify your PayPal account details.

2. What countries is this payment method available in?

PayPal is available worldwide. Please note that this method will not appear as a payment option for accounts owned by users under the age of 13.

4. How much does it cost?

The cost of WoLCash will depend on the currency used and the amount of WoLCash purchased. Specific pricing and payment details are displayed on the PayPal payment pages.

5. Why does the PayPal service cost more to use?

PayPal is more expensive when compared to paying by credit/debit card because it is more expensive for us to operate this more convenient payment method. We earn the same revenues as with other paying methods. The additional fee goes to PayPal.

6. How do I make a payment?

You can buy WoLCash by navigating to 'account > manage account > purchase WoLCash' or by clicking here. Log in, then follow the prompts for using the PayPal payment method.

7. How long will it take for my WoLCash to be available?

Paypal payment is processed instantly, so as soon as you have reached the payment confirmation page, your WoLCash will be added and you will be able to use it. There will be a delay of 3-7 days if payment is made by e-check.

8. Why was my payment refunded?

If you have an issue regarding a refunded payment, please feel free to submit a Billing query.

9. What should I include with my payment?

10. I have sent my payment, but I still don't have my WoLCash. How long will it take?

First of all, please check your PayPal account log for the payment. If it is present and you have still not received your WoLCash, then submit a Billing query; otherwise, please contact PayPal.

If your PayPal account log states that the payment has cleared and has been credited to our account, there may occasionally be a further delay while our system updates itself. If this persists for more than 24 hours, please feel free to submit a Billing query, so that we can investigate the matter for you.

11. How much WoLCash can I buy at a time?

If you are in the UK, you can pay for 20, 100, 200, 500 or 1000 WoLCash at a time. Other countries may vary but full details will be noted during the payment process.

12. My PayPal payments keep failing; what is wrong?

For security reasons, we insist that all PayPal payments for WoLCash must be made with a verified PayPal account.

For more information see the PayPal website. The process is simple and fast, and it only needs to be done once. If you are using a verified PayPal account and still cannot pay, submit a Billing query so we can investigate further.

13. I want to pay by PayPal, but I can't/don't want to verify my PayPal account. What can I do?

Unverified PayPal users will not be able to pay for WoLCash. You may be able to pay with your credit card or with PayBySMS depending on your country.
